Cyclists should not only have more space and more safe lanes to ride on in the city. They should have more rights to ride in a flow, like always having "green light" when turning right on an intersection - as already practiced in other cities in Europe. Plus, cyclists should generally be allowed to drive in a pair next to each other. These things make cycling faster and more sociable.
