Depostion of not only transport but medical centers in areas with lower income compared nuclear areas (as seen in canada)the possibility of testing older students health overall(std,infections,other potential diseases a health issuess...) Trains coming from and to area "known" for poverty are longer, as opposed to the time it should normally take when getting from point a to point b.
