Large (ideally free to use) parking garages could be built on the periphery of the city along major public transportation routes to help out of town commuters. A central parking garage near porte de namur could be made available (especially for residents) but this would be much more expensive to implement. These lines of transport would need to accommodate a large increase in use. There would need to be accommodation for those with physical disabilities.
